As a buyer it is your responsibility to read and learn about our items from the descriptions and ask any questions before ordering. GTAO Vlogs offers no refunds and we cannot accept any returns once we have shipped ANY order. All sales are final. Our pay dirts, bulk raw pay dirts, and dry washing concentrates once used are USED and once they are used, panned, or processed they will never be the way they were originally. Also, only the 1/4 pound pay dirts have a small amount of natural gold added very carefully to each bag before they are machine sealed. Our bulk raw pay dirts and the dry washing concentrates do not have added gold and thus we cannot guarantee they contain any gold. By purchasing these items, you as the buyer, are accepting that there will be no refunds offered or returns accepted and that the only products we offer that contain guaranteed gold are the 1/4 pound pay dirt bags. Also, knowing this information and after reading about these products and by purchasing our items you, as the buyer, agree that you will not file a claim for a refund of your money or a “chargeback” against GTAO Vlogs with any payment processor, PayPal, with another bank debit, credit provider, or any other payment processor, etc. All sales are final, no returns, and no refunds. Please be certain the shipping address and other information you provide is 1) accurate and 2) complete. Every order will be shipped with electronic tracking information included at no extra cost. If you wish to add Signature Confirmation to any order, please ask or email us prior to your purchase. This is no problem and only costs a few US dollars which you will need to pay before we ship. For our protection and your protection, GTAO Vlogs may arrange for Signature Confirmation for larger purchases even if you don’t ask for it. This means that someone at your shipping address will 1) have to sign for delivery or 2) the package will be left at your nearest or main USPS post office for you to sign for and pick it up there. GTAO Vlogs will not be responsible for ANY packages which we ship to addresses that we have been provided once the package is accepted into the USPS or other package delivery service system. At that point, the order is “out of our hands” and ANY claims for missing or lost packages will be the customer’s responsibility to take up with the postal carrier according to that carrier’s policies. We cannot be held responsible for wrong information provided by the customer on shipping labels OR lost, missing, delayed, or stolen packages.
